Baked Eggs Breakfast

One of the most straightforward and satisfying breakfast options is Baked Eggs. If you only eat one meal a day, make it breakfast. Breakfast is the day’s most important meal, so don’t skip it.

If you want a well-rounded, nutritious protein breakfast, eggs are one of the most essential items. Eggs are something that I never run out of in my fridge. Eggs can be served as a side dish or as the main course. They are a must-have item for morning meals.

 

What makes eggs so healthy?

Eggs are a highly nourishing food on their own. There are 77 calories in one large, entire egg. About 6 grams of protein can be found in the white. There are around 5 grams of good fat in the yolk. Vitamins B12, B2, A, and B5 are all in the yolk. Vitamin E, calcium, zinc, iron, folate, potassium, manganese, and essential amino acids are all present but in lower concentrations.

Baked Eggs for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs are the main ingredient.
  • 4 unsweetened buns.
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce: Taco sauce.
  • One-half cup of cheese shredded Gruyère de Gouda.
  • 1/3 of a cup of chopped tomatoes.
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil.
  • Pepper and salt to taste.

Instructions:

  1. Have the oven ready at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  2. Cut the tops off of your preferred bread buns. Cut a hole large enough in the different bread and use that. Be careful not to tear the buns while making them. 
  3. Put the buns in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spread some tomato paste or sauce on the bottom of the bread. 
  4. Spread some cheese on top. 
  5. Carefully crack each egg in a separate bowl and pour it over the cheese. 
  6. Sprinkle some fresh basil and diced tomatoes over the top. To taste, season with salt and pepper. 
  7. Place in an oven that has been prepared to between 15 and 20 degrees, depending on how runny you want the yolk. Check that the egg whites have solidified. 
  8. Enjoy!
